  • How can I change my payment method?

    Add your card details and save them when making your first booking. To add another card, go to your profile and select “add new” under the Cards section. You can also pay for anything on Careem with your wallet balance.

  • Can I book the same cleaning professional repeatedly?

    Yes you can! Our recurring booking feature allows you to book the same cleaning professional, at the same time, in the same location.

  • Can I cancel a booking if I change my mind?

    Yes you can, but make sure to cancel your booking 12 hours before the appointment time to avoid cancellation charges. Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before are charged a penalty of 25% of the cleaning fee.
