Is Box XL a moving van?
No. Box XL uses cars for trunk-sized items. If it doesn’t fit in the trunk, it isn’t Box XL.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You’ll see the Captain’s location and ETA live in the app.
What if the item I want isn’t available? (Box purchase)
Your Captain will call to confirm an alternative or cancel at no charge before purchase.
Is there a purchase limit for Buy For Me?
Yes. Captains can purchase items up to AED 350 per order (item cost only; delivery is charged separately). If the item costs more than AED 350, your Captain will contact you to agree on an alternative or cancel before purchase.
Any size/weight limits?
Items must be safely liftable by one person and fit inside the vehicle (for Box XL: trunk only).
